A Vision Management community association manager or specialist will conduct on-site inspections designed to monitor the status of the common areas as well as other areas of community concern. A report of each inspection, recommendations and/or action taken will be provided to the Board. In addition, work orders are generated from each inspection and put into comprehensive reports for review. Not only do we look at the physical property, we also look for cleanliness and "curb appeal". A good curb appeal significantly impacts the resale price of units.
